If there’s one social network that’s really taking over, that has to be Instagram. At this stage it has already dethroned its big sister, Facebook, and the majority of people use it on a regular basis.

 

Instagram has also brought with it the figure of the influencer. Once a brand ambassador, it’s now more of a multi-brand ambassador where people to put their day-to-day lives on show, or at least part of them, and where many, many attentive followers heed their advice on practically any subject.

 

There are also specialised accounts that, while they are also influencers, focus to a greater extent on leisure-related topics and are worth following as a way of keeping up to date with everything that’s going on in your city.
